Felicia Marcus on 'California Water 2015'
As part of Acterra's 2015 Public Lecture Series, Felicia Marcus will give a lecture called "California Water 2015: Where Are We and Where Do We Need to Go?" She will provide a sense of California's water setting; the impact of the drought and the state's actions to address it; and how the state needs to change its water management to deal with climate change, population growth and future food security.
