At an event called "My Double Life: From Artist to Mathematician and Back," Maria Klawe -- artist, mathematician, computer scientist and president of Harvey Mudd College -- will discuss the importance of art and mathematics in her life. EMT Speaker Series: Disaster alert system
Emergency medical technicians will come to the Mountain View Senior Center to inform community members about the Santa Clara County Emergency Alert System, through which residents can be informed by cellphone, email or land line about a disaster in the county.
