Dr. Franck Marchis of the SETI Institute is the speaker at tonight's monthly meeting of the Peninsula Astronomical Society. The free talk is open to the public, and the Foothill Observatory will open after the meeting from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., weather permitting. 7:30-9 p.m. $3 parking fee.
