Theater: 'Mauritius' at the Pear
The bequest of a stamp album fans the flames of greed and sibling rivalry in "Mauritius" tonight, Nov. 18, at 8 p.m. at the Pear Avenue Theatre, 1220 Pear Ave., Mountain View. Final performances are Nov. 19 at 8 p.m. and Nov. 20 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 - $25.
Music: Stanford Symphonic Chorus
Yes, holiday concerts are already beginning: Tonight, Nov. 18, at 8 p.m., the Stanford Symphonic Chorus joins the Peninsula Symphony Orchestra for a concert of American and English seasonal music. The program, which will be repeated Nov. 20 at 1:30 p.m., is in Stanford's Memorial Church. $20 general, $19 seniors, and $10 students.

Music: San Francisco Chamber Orchestra
Teenage Palo Alto pianist Hilda Huang will be featured when the San Francisco Chamber Orchestra performs a free concert Saturday, Nov. 19, at 8 p.m., St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 600 Colorado Ave., Palo Alto. Jazz trombonist Wayne Wallace will also solo.
Community: Del Medio Park dedication
The community is invited to the dedication of Del Medio Park on Sunday, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m., 380 Del Medio Ave., Mountain View. There will be children's activities and refreshments following a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2:15 p.m. Call 650-903-6533 for information.
Dance: Indian classical dance
Several artists will perform an Indian classical dance show called "Ektava (Oneness)" at 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20, in Stanford's Cubberley Auditorium. The dancers are Uma Dogra, Daksha Mashruwala and Vaibhav Arekar.
